While hanging at my parents’ place I took the opportunity to create some great real portraits. I just had my parents sit down with what they happened to be wearing.

My mom with Gus.

My dad has created a neat succulent garden in their front yard.

And their puppy Penny.

My parents have like 5 or 6 citrus trees in their front yard.

On my mom’s birthday we went to their local Martinez Marina and took the dogs for a walk.

I love this one of my parents and Penny. Perfection.

At the end of our walk I grabbed a few more of my parents.

At the beginning of the month my brother and I drove up to the Bay Area to visit our parents for their 60th birthdays.

One of the days we headed out to the Academy of Sciences in San Francisco. None of us had been there since to it’s renovation, and it’s become a spectacular place.

They have the most amazing aquariums.

And this cool tank full of rays, that you can walk over.

For the holidays they had “snow.”

After the Academy we headed out to the beach.
