this past weekend we went camping

A few months ago I made it a goal for us to go camping more often. So far we’ve gone three times in the past three months!! It makes it much easier that there are so many great campgrounds not much more than hour of our home. Check out the SD County site to see the great campgrounds that are available.

This past weekend I organized a camping trip for us and 10 friends. We headed out to William Heise Park in Julian for two nights.

We went on a walk and there were still all the barren trees left from the fires. They made the neatest silhouettes.

The nights we were there had the brightest moon of the year. I took these images at about midnight out in a field with only moonlight.

Sara & Alicia put created a beautiful celebration to share their wedding with their friends and family.

Both Sara & Alicia’s brothers walked them down the aisle.

They had the sweetest ceremony, and wrote their own vows to each other.

Los Willows is a neat place, it was my first time there, and I loved all the trees and natural beauty that surrounded the venue.

They both had these pretty flow-ey dresses.

Their painted henna hands were so pretty- I love how the pattern connects between their two hands.

They had these cute little succulents as favors.

Wednesday night the La Jolla Cove Suites had an open house.

There were many great vendors there, but I was only able to get images of some of their great services.

St. Tropez California created these beautiful sweets.

Continental Catering made these cute appetizers.

San Diego Candy Buffets designed a tiered candy tabletop display.
